We offer a FEED package that results in a basic engineering package, sometimes referred to as process design packages (PDPs) which is sufficiently progressed to enable competitive bids to be obtained on a lump sum basis.
In FEED the project delivery is split in two phases; in the first, engineers set the design parameters which define the work scope and break the work down into work packages for budgeting and planning process, to a level sufficient to allow the Owner to go out to the market to tender the work.
The deliverables of a FEED package can contain one or more of the following as per Client requirements:
We offer detailed engineering services in Process, Piping, Mechanical, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Instrumentation engineering, 3D, as build drawing etc.
In Process Safety Management we work in Hazard and operability study. The Hazard and Operability (HAZOP) study is carried out to identify the Hazard and operability problems. In addition, recommendations in the process facilities to reduce the probability and consequences of an incident are to be provided. Hazards, which can harm personnel, environment, or property, are identified. To recommend ways to mitigate the identified problems or to identify areas that need to be further investigated.
We deliver HAZOP risk analysis with a review of the available Process Safety Information (PSI) and identification of missing PSI required to support our analysis.
Strong project management is the key to success, as this will save time & money. RPT personnel have valuable experience in project execution in similar processes.
