I would like to recognize the Instron Technologies team for its outstanding work done for our pharma product processing units in India and Australia, Instron has delivered complete plant with fully automated CSTR system and enabled it with the PlantOn loT system. Through these projects, the Instron team has displayed admirable characteristics which lead to more trust between Instron and our company. Instron team worked with our members to identify critical parameters and KPIs for our alloy wheel paintshop and delivered loT based PlantOn solution having additional sensors. This solution is helping us to be in touch with our paintshop Anywhere- Anytime and eventually help us improve Traceability, Quality and Productivity.

We deployed machine utilisation & data acquisition solution for data capturing directly from machine for Traceability of process and metallurgy parameters, Live/history data required for analysis in war room, Productivity/OEE/Defect analysis, Energy and utility consumption analysis for foundry operations. Instron Technologies LLP developed loT solution linking 13 different machines & consolidating data from different machines at one point & converting the data in daily MIS report circulated from IloT server directly. The real time performance data is also displayed on the shop floor to facilitate corrective action &/or required decision.
